Yes, the app supports non-English languages. For the most accurate transcription results, input in English is recommended. Once transcribed, you can translate the results into over 90 languages.
How do I translate recordings into different languages?
You can choose the default language for your recordings from the app’s settings. Our intelligent AI will automatically detect your spoken language and translate it into your selected language. Alternatively, you can enable the “Auto detect” option, and the app will intelligently transcribe and translate your recordings seamlessly.
Can the app automatically detect multiple speakers?
Currently, the app cannot detect multiple speakers. However, this feature is planned for future Pro releases.
How can I export the transcription result?
You can export the transcription result by copying the entire transcript or tapping the share button next to the transcript on the transcription screen.
How secure is my data, and what will it be used for?

How can I export the recorded audio file?
To export a recorded audio file, tap the three dots on the recording card on the home screen and select “Export.”
I paid for a subscription, but my account still operates as a basic user. What should I do?
If your subscription isn’t activated, try the following steps:
- Tap the “Restore Purchase” button in the Pro features subscriptions page from the settings screen.
- Logout and log back in to refresh your account status.

How do I restore a deleted recording?
The deleted recordings cannot be restored. Once deleted, they are permanently removed.
How do I delete my account and all associated data?
To delete your account and all associated data, navigate to your Account Details in the Settings section of the app and tap “Delete Account”, or navigate to the Settings section and send us an email with your request. We will process your request and notify you once your account and data have been permanently deleted. Please note, this action is irreversible.
